Ingredients
1 Box white cake mix
2 Cups ginger ale
1 Pint fresh blueberries, washed & picked over
1 Tablespoon sugar
Instructions
Spray spring form pan with Pam. Prepare cake mix according to package but omit the oil and replace the water with ginger ale. Sprinkle sugar on bottom of spring form pan, add blueberries; pour cake batter over.
Put spring form pan on rack in Turbo Cooker.
Add 1 1/2 cups water to base; high heat for 12 minutes with (valve open).
Add 1 1/2 cups water to base; med-high heat for 12 minutes with (valve closed).
Add 1 1/2 cups water to base; high heat for 10 minutes with (valve open).
Check center of cake with toothpick. Cook a few more minutes if necessary.
Remove pan from cooker to rack; release spring form; put plate over top of cake and invert so fruit is on the top. Let cool. Serve with gingered whipped cream.
