Description

A light and delicious cheesecake that comes together with minimal preparation

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) Graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
2 Cups milk
1 Package instant lemon pudding

Instructions

Soften cream cheese.

Blend in 1/2 cup milk at a time until smooth.

Add pudding and beat for 1 minute.

Pour into crust and refrigerate until set.
