Ingredients
1 (12 oz) Can tuna, water packed, drained
1 (4 oz) Can diced green chilies, drained
1 (2.2 oz) Can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon seasoned salt
4 Flour tortillas
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
1 Green onion with top, chopped
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a medium bowl combine tuna, chilies, olives, mayonnaise and seasoned salt, blend well. Spoon 1/4 of mixture onto each tortilla, top with equal portions of cheddar cheese and place on broiler pan and broil, 4� from heat, until cheese is hot and bubbly. Sprinkle each tortilla with green onion. Garnish each serving with parsley. Serve open faced or fold over soft taco style.
