Description

This is the easiest and tastiest shrimp scampi recipe I have ever made.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter
1 Pound shrimp, frozen
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 Teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/2 Teaspoons smoked paprika
2 Cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 Cup chicken broth
1/2 Cup half & half
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Melt the butter in the Instant Pot or saucepan.

Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until the garlic is slightly browned 1-2 minutes.

Add the paprika, frozen shrimp, salt, pepper, and noodles.

Pour in the broth.

Cook under pressure for 2 minutes and use quick release.

Turn the pot to Sauté setting, add the half & half and cheese and stir until melted.
