Ingredients
1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1/4 Teaspoon of pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of dried oregano
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 Pounds of jumbo shrimp
Instructions
On a large platter, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Add shrimp to oil mixture and turn them to coat well. Marinate shrimp, turning several times, 2 hours in refrigerator. Broil 7 minutes on one side. Turn shrimp over and brush with marinade. Continue to cook 5 minutes.
