Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) Can salmon, drained
1/3 Cup finely chopped onion
1 Egg
5 Saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
2 Teaspoons butter
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. In a skillet, fry patties in butter over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until heated through.
