Ingredients
1/2 Pound each ground veal and pork
1 Egg
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup parsley leaves, chopped
1/4 Cup onion, minced
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Flour
Instructions
Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1� balls.
Put oil in skillet and heat.
Coat the meatballs in flour and add them to the oil. Cook until browned all over.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
