Ingredients

1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked
1 Garlic clove, peeled
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Pound Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 Cup white wine
1 Pound fresh plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded & quartered
2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 Tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions

Crush the garlic and saut� it in the olive oil, discard the garlic.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
Toss in the basil and parsley, add tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 5-6 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the sauce over the freshly cooked pasta.
