Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds bulk sausage
1 Cup bread crumbs
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Cup green pepper, diced
2 Eggs
1 Small can of whole kernel corn, drained
2 Cups cooked rice
1 Teaspoon hot red pepper, diced (optional)
1 Can of cheddar cheese soup
Instructions
Combine first five ingredients well. Fill crockpot with this mixture and shape into a crust 1� deep at bottom and up the sides as far as it will go. Fill the center with a mixture of the remaining ingredients and cook on HIGH for three hours.
