Description

Savory boneless pork ribs with sauerkraut cooked low and slow.

Ingredients

1 Pound boneless country style pork ribs
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
1/2 Teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 Teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 Teaspoon celery seed
2 – 3 Medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
1/2 Cup chicken broth

Instructions

Combine the garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
Rinse & pat dry the pork ribs and coat with the seasoning mix, set aside
In the bottom of the crockpot combine the sauerkraut with the fennel, caraway and celery seeds and mix well.
Place the cubed potatoes on top of the sauerkraut.
Pour broth over sauerkraut & potatoes and top with the seasoned pork ribs.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 - 8 hours or until the ribs are tender and falling apart.
