Ingredients

4 Potatoes, peeled & cut into 1/2" chunks
1 Large onion, chopped
1 (8 oz) Can chopped clams, drained & WELL rinsed
3 Large celery stalks, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Cup clam juice
1 Teaspoon fresh thyme
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Quart half & half cream
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons of butter

Instructions

Saut� the celery, onions, and garlic with butter in a skillet. Add all ingredients into the Crockpot and pour in the saut�ed mixture. Stir the ingredients around and cook on LOW for 8 hours for a very delicious New England clam chowder.
