Ingredients

10 Slices stale bread
3 Eggs, beaten
2 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup butter
1 Cup raisins, optional
1 Cup pecan pieces
1 (16 oz) Can fruit cocktail, with juice
1 (12 oz) Can evaporated milk
1 Cup water
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
1 Teaspoon butternut flavor

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl, turn into a 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 400�F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
