Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) Packages corn bread stuffing
1 (8 ounce) Packages herb seasoned stuffing
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 Cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
3/4 Cup onion, chopped
1/2 Cup margarine
1 Pound sausage links, cut in quarters
Or
1 Pound sausage meat
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 Cup pecans, chopped
1 Teaspoon marjoram
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Prepare stuffing according to package directions using 2 cups water, bouillon cubes and 1/2 pound butter. Meanwhile, cook green pepper, celery and onions in butter until tender. Remove vegetables and brown sausage in same skillet.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Stuff and truss a 16 to 20 lb. turkey.
