Ingredients
1 Package two layer chocolate cake mix
1 (3 oz) Package chocolate instant pudding mix
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup water
4 Eggs, beaten
3/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Butter a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crockpot with unsalted butter. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except white chocolate chips and beat well with mixer until smooth. Stir in white chocolate chips. Pour into crockpot, cover, and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours until set when lightly touched with a finger. Remove cover, turn off crockpot, and let stand for 20 to 30 minutes to cool slightly, then serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
