Ingredients
1 Large head cabbage
1 Large onion
1 Cup bacon, cooked & diced
1 Clove garlic, crushed (or to taste)
2 Eggs, beaten
Instructions
Par-boil cabbage drain and chop. In a large skillet add olive oil, onion, garlic, bacon and chopped cabbage; fry until cabbage is done. Add beaten eggs and blend. Continue to fry until cabbage and mixture is like a brown pie.
Place a large plate on top of the pan and turn over, it comes out like a pie.
