Ingredients

Cake
1 1/2 Cups pastry flour
1 Cup sugar
2 Teaspoons baking powder
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Cup sour cream
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
Topping
2 Tablespoons pastry flour
5 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine

Instructions

Combine the cake ingredients and mix well, pour into spring form pan. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake batter. Place spring form pan on steamer rack in Turbo Cooker.
Cooking Cycle
Add 1 1/2 cups water to base, cover and cook on high heat (valve open) for 10 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups water to base, cover and cook on medium high (valve closed) for 10 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups water to base, cover and cook on high heat (valve open) for 10 minutes.
