Ingredients

10 Ounces baby spinach, washed
4 Cups vegetable broth
2 Medium carrots, chopped
1 (28 oz) Can diced tomatoes
2 Medium celery stalks, chopped
2 Bay leaf
1 Large onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed

Instructions

Place all ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours. Remove bay leaf, stir and serve.
