Ingredients
3 Cup water
1 1/2 Pounds stewing meat, cut into chunks
1 Medium onion, diced
4 Carrots, diced
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can tomatoes
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1 (10 oz) Package frozen mixed vegetables
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1/2 Cup dry vermicelli
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cheese in crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours. Top individual servings with Parmesan cheese.
