Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup

2 (16 oz) Packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cheddar cheese soup
1 (12 oz) Can fat free evaporated milk
2 1/2 Cups half & half
1/4 Cup onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon dry Italian seasoning mix
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
2 Ounces cheddar cheese
4 Slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Sunflower seeds, optional

Combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds and bacon in crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Garnish with sunflower seeds and bacon.
