Ingredients
1/2 Pound lean ground beef
1 Large onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon oil
1 (16 oz) Bag of shredded coleslaw mix
1 (14 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 oz) Can beef broth
6 Cups water
1/2 Cup pearl barley
1 Bay leaf
1 Teaspoon dried whole oregano
1 Tablespoon beef bouillon powder
Instructions
Brown ground beef & onion; drain off fat and put into crockpot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 or 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
