Ingredients
2 (6 1/2 oz) Cans chopped clams
2 Cans clam juice
1 Cup water
1 Cup celery, diced
1/2 Cup onions, diced
2 Cups potatoes, diced
1 Quart Half & Half
1/2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup butter
1 Teaspoon thyme
Instructions
Simmer clams, juice, and vegetables together for 30 minutes.
Make as a white sauce. Add 1 tablespoon Accent, salt & pepper to taste. Mix with the clam mixture and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Stir often.
