Ingredients
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans chicken broth
3 Cups chicken, cooked & cubed
2 Cups frozen corn
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can tomato puree
1 (10 oz) Can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Teaspoon ground cumin
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Bay leaf
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Discard the bay leaf before serving.
Serve with crackers, corn muffins or cornbread.
