Ingredients
1 (16 oz) Can tomatoes cut up
1 1/2 Cups chicken, cooked & diced
1/2 Cup carrot, sliced
1/2 Cup celery, sliced
1 (4 oz) Can sliced mushrooms, drained
3 Teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
1 Bay leaf
1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme crushed
5 Cups water
1 Cup medium noodles, cooked
Instructions
In crockpot combine undrained tomatoes, chicken, carrot, celery, mushrooms, bouillon, bay leaf, and thyme. Stir in water. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Turn to HIGH and stir in cooked noodles. Cover and heat through, about 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf.
