Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Cup onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
6 Cups chicken broth
1/2 Cup ketchup
3 Cups cabbage, shredded
1 Cup long-grain white rice
1 1/2 Cups frozen corn kernels
2 Carrots, peeled & sliced
2 Teaspoons dried thyme
1 Bay leaf
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion, until meat is brown and onion is tender, stirring frequently, drain.
Transfer meat mixture to crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients, stir to mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 1/2 to 6 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
