Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 (40 oz) Can tomatoes
2 Cups water
1 (15 oz) Can kidney beans
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
2 Cups cabbage, thinly sliced
Instructions
Saut� beef in skillet, drain excess fat and place in crockpot.
Combine remaining ingredients except cabbage and add to crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW 3 hours. Add cabbage. Cook on HIGH 30 to 60 minutes longer.
