Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon oregano
1/4 Teaspoon dried basil
1/4 Teaspoon seasoning salt
1 Package dry onion soup mix
3 Cups chicken broth
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Cup celery, sliced
1 cup carrots, peeled & sliced
1 Cup macaroni, cooked & drained
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Crumble beef in crockpot. Add pepper, oregano, basil, seasoned salt, dry soup mix. Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce and soy sauce; then add celery, carrots.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Turn control to HIGH; add cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
