Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds round steak, cubed
1 Tablespoon oil
2 Cups carrots, diced
2 Cups beets, diced
1 Cup onions, chopped
2 Cups cabbage, chopped
2 Potatoes, diced
1 Cup celery, diced
3 Cups water
1 (12 oz) Can tomato soup
1 Tablespoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Cup half & half cream
1/2 Cup sour cream

Instructions

I a skillet brown steak in oil and drain. Place veggies in crockpot; place steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients except cream and sour cream, and pour over steak.
Cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
45 minutes prior to serving, skim off fat, and add cream and sour cream to crockpot.
