Ingredients
1 Piece firm whole wheat bread
1/4 Cup Chicken broth
3 Tablespoons walnuts, chopped
2 Tablespoons plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Garlic clove
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 (6 ounce) Can albacore tuna, drained & flaked
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Celery stalk, chopped
2 Tablespoons dill sprigs, chopped
1/4 Teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 Teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, puree bread, broth, walnuts, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and cayenne. Transfer to a bowl and add tuna, carrots, celery and dill, season with salt and pepper to taste.
