Ingredients
2 (5 oz) Cans tuna, drained and flaked
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 Teaspoon dried tarragon
1 Celery stalk, diced small
1 Honey crisp apple, thoroughly washed, unpeeled & finely diced
1/4 Cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a fork to combine, breaking up any large chunks of tuna fish as you go.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
