Ingredients
2 (5 oz) Cans tuna in water, drain well
1/2 Medium onion, finely diced
1/2 Medium granny smith apple seeded & diced
1/2 Avocado diced (removing the skin and seed is implied)
1/2 Cup real mayo or to taste
1/4 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice or to taste
1/4 Cup sliced almonds or chopped walnuts toasted
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Instructions
Toast nuts in a dry skillet until golden, remove from heat and cool slightly.
Drain tuna well.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and add a pinch of black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste.
