Ingredients
3 Cans tuna, drained and chopped up fine
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Cup red & green peppers, small dice
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder or 1 Tablespoon grated onion
Instructions
Mix all together in a large bowl, stirring well. Pam spray a 12 cup muffin pan. Use an ice cream scoop to fill each cup of muffin pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes, until browned on tops.
