Ingredients

2 Cans salmon, skin & bones removed
4 Eggs, beaten
1 Medium onion, diced
2 Stalks celery, diced
1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Teaspoons granulated onion powder
1/2 Cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup cornmeal
1/3 Cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Form mixture into patties and cook in olive oil until golden brown.
