Ingredients

1 (1 pound) Can salmon, drained
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon prepared mustard
2 Cups whole wheat bread crumbs
Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 Cup milk

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Turn into well greased loaf pan and bake 30 minutes in 350F oven. Serve with white sauce or catsup.
