Ingredients
4 Slices toast, buttered
1 (7 oz) Can Albacore tuna, drained & flaked
4 Thin onion slices
2 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of celery soup
1/3 Cup milk
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions
Put 4 slices of buttered toast on a cookie sheet; spread with tuna and top with thin slices of onion and slices of hard boiled egg.
Mix cream of celery soup, milk, chopped parsley and lemon juice; pour over sandwiches. Broil until heated.
