Ingredients
1 (7 oz) Can Albacore tuna, drained
3/4 Cup red onion, thinly sliced crosswise
1 (15 1/2 oz) Can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained
Salt & pepper to taste
5 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
Pour tuna into bowl and break up with fork. Stir in onion and beans and season with salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly with olive oil and vinegar. Serve at room temperature.
