Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds beef sirloin or round steak cut into cubes
1 Large onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 (15 oz) Cans pinto beans, rinsed & drained
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans diced tomatoes
1 Cup green chilies
1 Can black beans rinsed & drained
2 Cups chicken stock
1 Can cream style corn
1 Envelope Ranch dressing mix
1 Envelope Taco seasoning
1/4 Cup sweet basil
1/4 Cup parsley

Instructions

Brown meat, onions and garlic in oil; add remaining ingredients and cook at pressure for 6 to 10 minutes, or until tender, quick release pressure.
