Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds smoked sausage
1 (16 oz) Can sauerkraut
4 to 5 Medium size potatoes
1/4 Cup water
Instructions
Cut sausage into 4� lengths and then into half lengthwise. Brown, cut side down, in pressure cooker. While browning sausage, peal and quarter potatoes. Drain drippings off sausage. Layer sauerkraut, potatoes and sausage in pressure cooker; add water. A teaspoon of sugar may be added to sauerkraut if desired. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately.
