Ingredients
2 Pounds spareribs cut into serving size pieces
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
1 Quart sauerkraut
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 Cups water
Instructions
Heat cooker and add oil and brown ribs on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sauerkraut over ribs and sprinkle with brown sugar. Add water. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 15 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once.
