Ingredients
2 1/2 Pounds spareribs
1 Cup beer
1/3 Cup honey
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
1 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
Cut ribs into serving size pieces and place in a shallow bowl. Combine beer, honey, lemon juice, salt, mustard, ginger and nutmeg. Pour over ribs; cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Heat pressure cooker and add oil; brown ribs. Pour 1/2 cup of marinade into pressure cooker. Close cover and place regulator on vent pipe. Cook at pressure for 15 minutes. Let pressure release naturally. Remove ribs and thicken gravy if desired.
