Ingredients
Salad
2 Cups cooked & cooled white rice
1 Can mandarin oranges, drained, save juice
2 Cups cooked & cooled small shrimp
2 Stalks celery, chopped
Dressing
Combine in a bowl and toss lightly with dressing:
1/2 Cup miracle whip
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 of 3 Ounce cream cheese
1/4 Teaspoon curry powder
Seasoned salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine rice, oranges, shrimp & celery in a bowl. Blend dressing ingredients together, with enough of the reserved orange juice to make a smooth consistency; toss lightly with salad. Chill salad 2 to 3 hours before serving.
