Ingredients
One bag hash-browns potatoes O'Brien
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) Package of sour cream, softened
1/3 Cup butter, melted
3 Cups sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Cut up ham pieces, optional
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except one cup of cheese in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours. Don't over cook or it will stick to the sides.
Top with remaining cheese about a half an hour before the chicken is ready.
