Ingredients

6 Large potatoes, boiled whole
12 Hard boiled eggs
4 oz butter
16 Ounces sour cream
12 Bacon slices
4 Ounces Swiss cheese, grated
1 Pound sausage or franks, sliced
1 Teaspoon salt

Instructions

Peel potatoes and eggs and slice. In an oven safe baking dish layer the ingredients starting with sliced potatoes on the bottom, sprinkle grated butter on them, salt, eggs, salt, sour cream, sliced sausage or franks. Repeat one more time ending with a layer of potato. Cover top with grated cheese than lay the bacon slices on the cheese in a diagonally across top. Bake in the 400�F oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until bacon is crisp and cheese is melted.
