Ingredients
2 Cups mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoons onion flakes
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 (3 oz) Can French fried onion rings
Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 300F. Add French fried onion rings and bake another 10 minutes.
