Ingredients
6 to 8 Potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 (10 3/4 oz) Cans cream of chicken soup
1 Medium container sour cream
1 Small onion, chopped fine
4 Cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Cups mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
Put potatoes in crockpot, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, sharp cheddar cheese, salt & pepper. Pour over potatoes in crockpot and mix to coat potatoes well. Place mild cheddar cheese on top, DO NOT STIR, and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
