Ingredients
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
4 Pork chops
1 1/2 Cups regular V8 juice
2 Cups red onion, sliced thin
2 Cups green peppers, chopped
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in cooker and brown pork chops on all sides.
Add all remaining ingredients and cook under high pressure for 10 minutes.
Use natural release method and remove pork chops to serving dishes.
Using a slotted spoon remove onions and peppers and spoon over the pork chops.
Thicken the sauce in the cooker with your favorite thickening method; after thickening spoon over the pork chops and use as gravy for potatoes.
