Ingredients
5 Pork steaks or chops, about 3/4" thick
2 Cups red cabbage, shredded
2 Green onions, chopped
2 Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3 Tablespoons apple jelly
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 Teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 Teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions
Trim all visible fat from pork. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Place cabbage mixture in slow cooker; top with pork. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until pork is tender.
