Ingredients

3 Potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 (3 - 4 lb) Pork roast
2 Cups carrots, sliced
4 Cups beef broth
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons dried rosemary
1 Teaspoon dried basil
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon salt

Instructions

Place the pork roast into the crockpot followed by the potatoes and carrots, pour in the beef broth.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, basil, black pepper and salt.
Place lid on top and cook on LOW for 7 - 8 hours or on HIGH or 3 - 4 hours.
