Ingredients

6 Pork chops, browned
1 Onion, chopped
3 Tablespoons ketchup
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can cream of chicken soup
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Packet pork gravy mix

Instructions

Place all ingredients into crockpot and simmer on LOW 4 to 5 hours.
