Ingredients
4 Pork chops
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons shortening
1 Large onion, sliced
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
2 Cups milk
Instructions
Melt shortening in a large skillet or frying pan.
Dip pork chops in beaten egg then dredge in flour. Place chops in pan and sear until brown on both sides.
Place browned pork chops in crockpot, add sliced onion, soup and milk.
Cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
