Ingredients

2 to 3 Pound pork roast or pork ribs
1 Cup water
1 to 1 1/2 Pound head of green cabbage, cored & coarsely chopped
1 Carrot, peeled & grated
2 Packages chicken flavored ramen noodles, with flavor packets
1 1/2 Tablespoons garlic powder
1 Pint water
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Put 1 cup water in crockpot and add meat. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour then turn on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, (overnight works best); take meat out of crockpot to cool. Pour juices into a stock pot, add 1 pint water and bring to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, prepare cabbage and carrots. Add to juice along with the garlic powder. Bring to boil again. Add noodles and flavor packets. Reduce to medium heat. Chop meat into bite size pieces and add to pot. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
